Terms of Use for the Garden | Maple Moon Garden

1. The people behind the garden

These terms govern your use of maplemoongarden.com ("Maple Moon Garden", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of maplemoongarden.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age and eligibility

Maple Moon Garden is meant only for users aged 18 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Garden coins

Every game uses virtual coins that are supplied free of charge.
Coins hold no monetary value and count as neither money, credit nor property.
Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases exist.
No prize of real-world value is ever offered under the lanterns.
We may alter or reset coins, levels and features whenever we choose.

4. Not a real-money gambling site

Maple Moon Garden does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it and has no links to gambling operators.

5. Your garden account

A free account is required to play. Keep to one account per person, and do not share it.
Your password is yours alone; if someone else has used your account, tell us without delay.
Your account page lets you delete your account at any moment. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site, or if we believe its owner is under 18.
Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account, not owned by you as property, and they can be reset.

6. Fair use of the site

You must not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability and what we are liable for

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law of these terms

These terms are read under the law of England and Wales.
